This 3 bedroom condo is located on the ground floor of the Phoenix V building in Orange Beach, Alabama. Are your kids ready for some Water Park Fun? We have added a new Water Park / Splash Pad by the pool. The Water Park/Splash Pad  includes:  Palm tree with 3 dumping bananas, pirate sloop, ship bow with jets and cannon, beached boat slide, and more!


This spacious 3 bedroom | 2 bath condo is on the ground level so you can park our front and take your luggage straight to your condo when you arrive. This condo is brand new to our Rental Program so that is why we don't have many or any reviews yet. Condo has been upgraded over the winter with all every room repainted, new artwork and furniture, new mattresses and comforters. Our ground level condos in the building are most desired of all. The private balcony of this condo is on the 2nd level facing the beach so you have a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area has spacious seating and Flat Screen TV for your games and movies. We have a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances. The dining area has seating for 6 and seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, Flat Screen TV, access to the private balcony, and a private bathroom with vanity and tub/shower.

The guest rooms have 2 full size beds in one and a queen size bed in the other.
